Test news item re photo upload sizes

Let's see if a large photo is resized correctly at a sensible file size now  -  jpeg setting is currently 80%

Yes! a 63K photo 800 px wide uploaded was resized automatically to a 750 px wide photo at 60 K so 80% jpeg compression setting seems about right.

When I scale it to 530 pixels wide (in the editor) it keeps its 60K filesize, which is fine.
